Weetabix On the Go Social Media Posts

Working with Weetabix also involve their sister brand ‘Weetabix On the Go’. Though they share the same name their approach to marketing and their brand look and feel is a bit more active, colourful and playful. This meant creating assets that kept followers entertained, motivated to live an active lifestyle and to promote the healthy benefits of their product.

Below are examples of some of the playful assets made during my time working with them:

Weetabix On the Go’s playful nature allowed creative posts that incorporated pop culture and topical events such as Christmas, Lockdown 2020, April Fools, Grand Prix plus more.

The branding also allowed me to make promotional posts about their products that were more a tad more playful than their main cereal brand.

The content I was making for Weetabix On the Go was a stark contrast to their previous work. Following the rise of engagement and followers on their social media channels, I was tasked to design social media guidelines to help guide future designers and also social media influencers on how to develop content for the brand.
